Browsing the Pages

1. From the SGDi homepage, click on the desired category.
2. A list of the agencies within this category will be displayed.
3. Click on any of the agencies to view the agency's details.
4. In the details page, you can browse to the sub-units belonging to this agency, or up one level to the parent agency.

Browsing to Other Sites

1. A list of related links is displayed under the Links section in every page.
2. Click on any of the sites to link to it.
3. Note that these sites are not a part of the SGDi website.

Performing a Quick Search

1. Key in the word that you wish to search for (see Note on Search fields).
2. Click on the "Find!" button to perform the search.
3. The first 10 results will be displayed.
4. Click on any of the page numbers below for more results.
5. You may use Advanced Search to customise the number of results to display per page (see Customising Search Criteria in Advanced Search).

Customising Search Criteria in Advanced Search

1. Key in at least one keyword in any of the search fields.
2. You may key in more than one different keywords.
3. Select "All of the above" or "Any of the above" whichever applies.
4. Key in the number of results to display per page (see Note on Search Fields).
5. Click on the "Find!" button to perform the search.
6. The first page of results will be displayed.
7. Click on any of the page numbers below for more results.

Note on Search Fields

• You must key in at least one keyword in order to perform a search.
• Keyword should only consist of alphabets and numbers. Search on symbols is not supported.
• You may use acronyms such as "PM" for Prime Minister, "PS" for Permanent Secretary etc. for Job Title.
• The maximum number of results allowed for one page is 999. Search performance will deteriorate with the increase in number of results displayed per page. The recommended number is not more than 100 results per page.

Getting Help

1. You will need to have an e-mail client installed on your computer in order to send us a mail.
2. Most web browsers come packaged with an e-mail client. If you do not have one, you can download from here.
